Spa Policy & Etiquette

By Appointment Only

Due to popularity and high demand we do not allow walk-ins. Please schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible. Credit Card information is required to hold all reservations services that are $50 dollars or more.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment: So that we can start your service on time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

Our door is locked until your appointment time, we will open the door at the 5 min mark before your scheduled time.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We all will agree, time is our most valuable asset. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to

reschedule a service; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups/parties of three or more. 

This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. 50% charge on 1st no call - no show appointment, 100% on 2nd no call - 

no show appointment and full payment required in advance to re-book future services.

Come Alone

We love kids but to maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to your "me time". 

We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa services under the following guidelines: children 6-12 must be

accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial

consultation form and be pre-booked for an appointment or be on party guest list. It is the adult’s responsibility who brought  the child to monitor their behavior. 

Do to limited space and our guests comfort, no additional guests will be be allowed in the treatment rooms. 

No pets or animals allowed inside the building.

Essentials Only

Please only come with your essentials; keys, phone, cards, purse, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

No food or drinks are allowed in the treatment areas.

Quiet, Please

Please turn off cell phones upon check in at Complexions Spa and speak softly. 

We want all coming to Complexions to relax and enjoy a tranquil and stress reducing experience.

Guest Paperwork

It is required that all guests fill out health information forms, which includes all medications you are taking. To make sure that you are not allergic to any products or have any contraindications that would limit your services.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions:

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain services may not be advisable for you. If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester. Please let us know if you have:

  • Used Retinols within 10 days

  • Used Accutane within 12 Months

  • Have any allergies

  • Have any open lesions or wounds

  • Active breakouts

  • Have a pacemaker or any metal pins, plates or screws in your body

  • You are pregnant

  • For bikini services, its best if you schedule around your period due to sensitivities during that time. 

Payments

Full payment is required at time of service. 

We accept magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. 

The following payment types are accepted:

  • Cash

  • Credit

  • Corporate

  • Debit (processed like credit)

  • Prepaid Appointment

  • Complexions Gift Certificates & Gift Cards

  • Cherry After Pay

 

Gratuities

Your spa service fee do not include gratuities. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. You may leave any gratuities at the reception desk when checking out. You may add gratuity to your credit card or gift card. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

 

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be present at the time of service. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards are

non-refundable. Valid for one year from purchase date. Unused value may not be redeemed for cash. Discounts and promotions are not valid for gift card purchases, unless otherwise specified.  

 

Product Returns or Exchanges

You may return unopened skin care products in original packaging within 7 days of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt for a full refund. Any opened products may be returned for spa credit within 7 days of purchase.

 

Health Policies & Covid-19

Please refrain from booking if you are or you have been around anyone that has been sick with a cold or flu, any Covid 19 symptoms or fever.

We take pride in our sanitation practices, your safety is very important to us. We clean our treatment rooms after each guest, sanitize all items and instruments. All of our bedding, towels and robes are used only once. Our employees wear personal protective equipment when needed. 

We follow all state and local guidelines. All of our employees are sanitation, disinfection and sterilization certified by the state.

 

This is a Professional Spa Establishment

Our trained staff are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a staff member ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled. 

Complexions Skin Studio & Spa has the right to refuse services to anyone.
